NC punch press combines recent technological developments in this field. It is characterized by compact and rigid structure, user-friendly setup and loading systems, high performance and reliability. Actual punching process consists of the following stages: clamping — at the first phase, machine slide actuated by hydraulic drive feeds punch to the processed surface until it touches die and sheet; material deformation occurs due to the increase in hydraulic cylinder force and punch pressure applied to sheet material; cutting occurs due to the further set motion of punch into material; cutout is extracted; punch returns to the top position; sheet is unclamped, and next impact is carried out.
